ICB has both True Shape and Rectangular nesting capabilities. With Rectangular Nesting, all parts are considered by their surrounding rectangle and arranged in a guillotine pattern which always appears to cut from edge to edge of the available material, while with True Shape nesting, parts are considered by their actual shape and therefore interlocked to achieve better material usage when parts are of non-rectangular shape. Choose the best nesting method for your project to ensure the best use of your material and produce the least waste possible.
ICB allows for the interactive modification of already optimised patterns for special circumstances and unforeseen changes. This feature can also be used to interlock shaped parts where Rectangular nesting has been used. This ensures that regardless of any changes made to your project, at early or later stages, your materials are optimised, waste prevented, and productivity increased.

ICB is highly compatible with a variety of CAD programs, allowing you to import your designs and parts directly from your preferred designing platform into ICB’s highly intuitive interface. You can even import parts for manufacturing from an Excel spreadsheet where required.

Within ICB you can select from a list of prebuilt cabinets or create your own library. The cabinets and individual parts are all formula based, with the option to link to machining symbols for all your manufacturing needs. By adding the cabinets or parts required you can quickly build the order within ICB and generate a list of layouts with all parts optimised.
